Parenting: A Sacred Path Book Study

Parenting as a Sacred Path: A Six-Week Book Study

Thursdays (Zoom Only)
7:30–8:30 p.m.
Dates: February 19 & 26; March 5, 12, 19, and 26

Parenting is sacred work — meaningful, challenging, and deeply formative. This six-week book study invites parents to pause and reflect using Parenting: A Sacred Path, a thoughtful and approachable book that explores parenting as a spiritual journey rather than a set of techniques or expectations.

The book offers short, reflective chapters that focus on themes such as love, trust, compassion, and presence. Each chapter includes gentle reflections and quotations meant to inspire prayer and conversation, making the reading very manageable for busy parents. This study is designed to be low-stress and accessible, with no expectation of heavy reading or preparation.

Meghan Dohring, Coordinator of Children’s Ministries, will facilitate each session, guiding discussion, questions, and reflection so participants can simply show up and engage without added pressure.

This study is ideal for parents seeking a supportive space to connect with others, reflect on their parenting experiences, and recognize the sacred moments woven into everyday family life.

Books will be available for purchase from Meghan for $3. For more information, contact Meghan at mdohring@trinityenglish.org.
