Yoga for wellness

Join us for a balancing yoga practice for every body. These classes will be led by a yoga therapist from PranaYoga Insitute and are appropriate for anyone seeking mindbody balance. Some documented benefits of yoga include better sleep, less stress, increased bone strength, improved concentration, better digestion, reduction in muscle tension and weakness, and improved heart rate variability. Classes will begin with an awareness practice and breathwork followed by joint-freeing and standing poses, balance floor work, and final relaxation. If you have trouble getting to the floor please let us know and we can provide a chair for class.
