Trinity English Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America is made up of all the women members of Trinity English Lutheran Church. Within the group are individual Circles that meet from September through May. They provide rich opportunities for ministry and fellowship by having interesting speakers, programs, and studies at their meetings and by supporting the church and a wide variety of charitable organizations with their time, talent, and treasure.

Abigail Circle

Abigail Circle is a group of 30 women of varying ages and interests. They enjoy learning about new things relevant to their lives with a variety of programs. Abigail members work on service projects together and friendship and fellowship abound.

Dorcas Circle
Every Wednesday, 9:00 a.m.
Dorcas Circle meets on Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Participants quilt tops provided by members and friends and add filler and backing. They also make cancer pads for Cancer Services and design and sew worship paraments, including sanctuary banners and the pastors’ stoles. If you enjoy sewing, talking, and eating, please plan to join the group.

As a consequence, they often are involved in fund-raising programs to enable them to meet their objectives. Southwest Circle

Members enjoy fellowship with other Christian women and interesting speakers from within Trinity English and from the local community. Trinity English Youth Choir trips are supported through free-will offerings from Southwest Circle members. They spread Christ's love by sponsoring other service projects from time to time as needs arise.

Lutheran World Relief Quilt PRoject
Everyone is welcome to join us the fourth Thursday of each month from noon to 4:00 p.m. to help assemble quilts for Lutheran World Relief. Members have been making quilt tops at home and we now need your assistance to knot the tops and bottoms together—no experience needed. Donations to help pay for batting and cotton material are also appreciated. Make plans to join us on the fourth Thursday of each month in Wagenhals Hall.
