About the event
Trinity’s Chancel Choir will be bringing additional music to the 10:30 a.m. liturgy on Sunday, March 3. Under the direction of Dr. Lee Nelson from Wartburg College, the choir will be singing several movements from the by French composer, Louis Vierne; a setting 16th century English composer, Orlando Gibbons; and an arrangement of the beloved spiritual, “Give Me Jesus” by American composer, Larry Fleming. The service is the culmination of a mini-retreat for the choir, who will be working with Dr. Nelson on the previous Saturday. The choir members feel honored and blessed to have this opportunity at Trinity English; he maintains a very busy schedule, including a concert that he will be conducting the following week-end in Carnegie Hall, New York.Solemn Mass in C Sharp Minor
