Looking for a little peace and calm in your midday? Join us for a Meditation at 12:15PM in Krauss Chapel on Mondays! Regina Leffers and Kimberly Kozan Flory will guide participants through a 20-30 minute meditation with the entire session lasting less than an hour. No experience or equipment is needed.
