"Seeds of Faith" FEST on October 10-11, 2009 was a Glorious Celebration
"As we lay the cornerstone of Trinity English’s "Seeds of Faith" addition and dedicate all the work that has been done to the glory of God and for the mission of God’s people, we give thanks to God for giving us this opportunity to give of ourselves for this blessed place," stated The Rev. Dr. Frederick Hasecke in his welcoming message.
"Our new Washington Boulevard porte cochere, barrier-free entrance, gathering space, elevator, second-floor balcony, spacious walkways, lighting, conference room, accessible restrooms and off-street parking make it easier for everyone to greet each other and go throughout our church home. Therefore, families with young children, persons with physical challenges, visitors and guests can feel more at home because their needs have been addressed and they can better sense the welcoming hand of God."
Well over 1,000 persons gave of themselves for our “Seeds of Faith--A Future with Hope” mission discernment, capital campaign, “A Day of New Beginnings” festival and dinner, building project, enhancement planning, and “Seeds of Faith” FEST weekend. Heartfelt thanks goes out to each and everyone of you. You were God’s hands and legs, head and feet in this “Seeds of Faith” venture. Without drawing attention to yourself, but rather doing everything for the glory of God and the strengthening of God’s work through Trinity English Lutheran Church, you did what needed to be done and brought us to where we are today. What more could we ask for as a congregation? What more could we ask God to give us? You were there and are there and so, thank you and God bless you. May the peace and joy that you have given us in Christ be yours now and forevermore.

Our thanks also to the personnel from Hagerman, Inc. and Shambaugh & Son, LP - our presenters during the March 2009 guided tours. As we look with excitement to using our new building addition and the many improvements, we are reminded that the building is but a part of our commitment to Christ. We also commit to sharing the Gospel with the world. The new addition is only the beginning, not the end. Please continue to "plant the seeds" of faith and welcome all to grow in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
