How can you help the children of our community? Can you be a friend? Help with homework? Donate a Teddy bear or other comforting gift? During worship on Sunday, February 13, 2011, Trinity Women of the ELCA want to help you discover what you can do to help Fort Wayne’s young people. Rachel's Day is a WELCA sponsored churchwide observance that draws attention to the prevalence of child abuse and neglect in our country, as well as to the local agencies providing supoprt to families and victims.
Ask God how you might serve God through helping a child. You’ll discover that both the giver and receiver can be enriched at the same time!
