On behalf of some pretty fantastic youth at Trinity English, we’d like to invite you to join us as we experience fun, adventure, new discoveries, and growth in relationships – our relationship with God and with one another.
You’ll discover some really great people who will be interested in meeting you. We’re all enriched by meeting new friends and sharing our experiences with each other.
From Christian education, music and drama to fellowship, service and fun, there really is something for everyone at Trinity English.
Come as you are and you’ll fit in just fine!
Senior High Youth Group (grades 9, 10, 11, 12) – Youth group offers many opportunities that help us remember the fun of living with friends who are committed to each other and to God. We have fun with games, activities at church and elsewhere, Bible study, and service events. Regular members are encouraged to invite friends! Senior High Youth Group meets on Sunday evenings from 6 to 8 pm.
“Soda Pop” Seminar (grades 9, 10, 11, 12) – Come explore Christian living with your friends and a can of soda as we discuss pop culture, the real world, and what it means to be a Christian in today’s society. Soda Pop meets each Sunday at 10:00 am in the Youth Center Classroom.
Order of St. John (grades 6 and up) – Students have the opportunity to serve during the year, assisting in the liturgy of the people at Sunday worship, festival services, and special services. Order of St. John (usually called “OSJ”) students serve as acolytes, crucifers, Bible bearers, and in other ways. The congregation appreciates the leadership provided by our OSJ members.
Youth Trips – Mission trips have been to South Dakota, Honduras, Kentucky, and Mississippi. High School youth will be attending Youth Zone in Cincinnati, Ohio, in February. Other trips are planned at various times during the year.
High School Youth Ministry Team – This team, consisting of both high school youth and adults, provides leadership for all of our youth ministry efforts.
