New Child Ministry
Trinity English provides a caring connection to new parents and welcome new babies or adopted children. We would love to help parents celebrate God’s gift of a new child to their home. Children are welcomed through a rosebud on the altar. Please let us know when God has blessed you with a child by contacting the church at (260) 426-3424.
Baptismal Instruction
Through time in conversation and learning, families will learn more about God’s amazing promise and gifts shared with us as God makes us God’s own child through Holy Baptism. Required for the families of children who are being baptized, Baptismal Instruction is held on the second Saturday of every month (except July) at 10:00 am. Instruction is provided at other times for those who are unable to attend on Saturday mornings.

Holy Baptism
The Sacrament of Holy Baptism takes place during worship on the last Sunday of the month.
Baptismal Birthdays
Information about celebrating baptismal birthdays as a family is sent to the parents of those baptized at Trinity eleven months following the baptism. The book God Chose You is given to families at this time.
Baptism Sponsors
Information about the responsibilities and the joys of being a baptismal sponsor is available and provided to sponsors.
Children in Worship
Worship services involve children in many ways, including children’s sermons, the blessing of children during Holy Communion, special children’s worship bulletins, and activity bags. Children are welcome in our worship services, as are all people, so that we might all praise God through worship.
Nursery
Nursery care is available in Trinity’s nursery for children ages 3 and younger. Nursery care is available during the 9:00 and 11:00 am Sunday worship services as well as during the 10:00 am Education Hour. Nursery care is also available during special services such as Candlelight and Christmas Eve and during some special events held at the church.
Children’s Events
Special opportunities take place throughout the year geared especially for children and their families, including “Breakfast with an Angel” and other events throughout the year.
